MULTI-GENERATIONAL TRAVEL
A great way to spend time with family and friends is through multigenerational travel. Traveling with parents, siblings, kids, grandkids, and other family members can be an enriching assortment of shared experiences. Multigenerational travel is a goal for families who seek togetherness in faraway places. Cruises are one of the best ways to accomplish this. Some cruise lines offer discounts or even free passage for children, or 3rd and 4th passengers in a cabin with an awesome variety of activities for all ages.
River Cruising
Nothing is as relaxing and rejuvenating as a European river cruise. Once onboard you’re in for a carefree and exciting adventure, with included excursions at each destination along the way and fine cuisine to satisfy your palate. Make new friends or reconnect with your old ones, as you explore the great rivers of the world!
Bucket List Adventure
According to a recent AARP survey, nearly four out of 10 baby boomers have a travel bucket list, with 58 percent planning to take their next trip in two to five years. AARP found that just creating a travel bucket list motivated boomers with a sense of hope and gave them something to look forward to. Additionally, 53 percent of those preparing for their next trip report that they are getting in shape to fully enjoy the experience. “Traveling keeps our bodies and minds active, from planning and creating an itinerary to getting in better physical shape for the trip,” explained Denise Austin, renowned fitness expert, health advocate and AARP Wellness Ambassador. “Not only can being physically fit help make the vacation more enjoyable, it often leaves us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated when we’re back home.” So, get out there! The world is waiting for you!
