Steps to working with our proposals

At Faith and Family Travel we use a platform called Tern to help with planning and personalizing your itineraries. The video above will guide you through everything you need to know to get the most out of your travel planning with us. Here's a reference for the steps covered in the video:

Steps to Use Tern for Travel Planning with FFT:

1. Set Up Your Account:
   
   1. Click the itinerary link sent via email.
      
   2. If you don't have one, create a new Tern login by clicking "Sign Up" and entering your information.
      
   3. Verify your email, log in, and complete any remaining details.
      
2. View Your Itinerary:
   
   1. On your dashboard, select the trip you want to view.Explore your trip details by clicking on Full Itinerary, Daily Overview, or Pricing at the top of the page.
      
3. Make Selections for Your Trip:
   
   1. If your proposal includes options (like room upgrades or excursions), click Select as preference to choose.
      
   2. Provide feedback if needed and submit your preferences.
      
   3. Approve your final itinerary by clicking Approve Itinerary or Select Preferences.
      
4. Authorize Payments:
   
5. Click Authorize Payments to securely submit your credit card details for deposits or final payments.
   
6. Review and confirm your payment authorization.
